Boat shows offer boating enthusiasts, fishing fanatics and lovers of marine leisure, the perfect environment to indulge their passions with hundreds of brands, dealers, boats, products and equipment all presented in the one place at the one time.

For southern state boaties, the Melbourne Boat Show is THE premier event, bringing together the best the industry has to offer, with activities and attractions to cater for all boating interests.

Impressive Line-up of Exhibitors

While the 2016 line-up is still being finalised, the 2015 exhibitors represented a comprehensive coverage of the industry with both on-water displays at the marina and hundreds of stands inside the exhibition centre.

The 2015 show included Bar Crusher, Avtek Covers, Crawford Marine, d’Albora Marinas, Hobie Cat Australasia, Jeanneau Boats, Mercury Marine, PFD Australia, Ski Force, Sundance Marine, Tacklebusters, Whittley Marine Group and Yamaha Australia, amongst the hundreds of exhibitors.

Sirocco Marine Melbourne, representing Brig boats, used the Melbourne show to launch a new models. Melita Marine introduced their international range of Petecraft boat with on-water tests and demos.
The new Ocean Master range was displayed by the Geelong Boating Centre, Mercury Marine released new engines and Robala was on hand to show their new models.

Harris Pontoon Boats had their debut at the 2015 show, while Haines Hunter unveiled a new Boat Motor Trailer package.

While there was plenty of interest in the trailer power boats and family market, the top end of the market was not overlooked, with the $1 million Monte Carlo cruiser on display for all to dream of owning.

Hosted by the Boating Industry Association of Victoria, the Melbourne Boat Show is conveniently located at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre at Docklands. The site offers both water and land space for exhibitors and easy access for visitors by road, rail, water or by foot from the city,
For visitors from interstate and overseas, a range of accommodation options are available within the local vicinity.

Ticketing

Ticketing information for the 2016 show will be released on the Melbourne international boat show site as the June date approaches.
