The bundles – Comfort Bundle, Captain’s Bundle and Fishing Bundle, aim to fit the boat to suit the needs of the owner. This sounds particularly helpful for first-time boat owners who may not be full across what they might actually need beyond the basics.
The bundle is selected after the choice of Quintrex is made and each bundle includes a selection of optional extras that will be fitted to the boat prior to delivery.
- The Comfort Bundle is aimed at those who seek, you guessed it, a more comfortable boating experience, especially for family boating. A premium fit-out, this bundle includes a bimini, more comfortable seating upfront and a premium transom.
- The Fishing Bundle, as the name suggests, is for those with fishing their major boating priority. This bundle includes burley buckets, a cutting board on the transom, VHF radio and LED lights.
- The Captain’s Bundle is for 5 metres and under boats and includes hydraulic steering and sports steering wheel. Inclusions which can make easier work and more fun when engaging in tow and other water sports.
In addition to the bundles, buyers still have the choice of the Pro model on most of the Quintrex ranges. This level includes a wide range of premium options.
Boat Loans for the Lot!
The Quintrex bundles appear an easy way to get the Quintrex boat of your choice fitted out and ready to enjoy the activities of your choice. But in addition to what Quintrex offers, you will also need a trailer and in some cases an outboard motor. Quintrex is a manufacturer of aluminium and alloy boats and sells through a network of dealers. Some of their boats may come from the factory with a motor, but often the boat and motor are packaged at the next stage of the selling process.
Many boat dealers will offer Quintrex packages, so you can order your boat and your bundle and get the motor and trailer as well. From others, buyers may select the items individually and create their own package.

Tinnie Tweaks
Quintrex has also recently announced some changes to the Top Ender, Ocean Spirit, Fishabout, Hornet and Cruisabout model collections. The changes are described as in the areas of engineering and cosmetics and have been introduced to enhance the experience of owning a Quintrex.
In addition to the bundles, changes (dependent on model) include, but not limited to:
- Dashboard redesign to allow for more electronics and storage.
- Raised transom
- Twin max-bracket mounts to fit accessories.
- Redesigned side pockets.
- Underfloor space converted to storage bins.
The company has made these changes very much in response to customer feedback and no doubt new Quintrex owners will appreciate these tweaks.
